Airline Administration Centers – AACs - provide financial and administrative services to airlines and companies in the aviation industry.
AACs are part of Lufthansa's Shared Services Organization serving Lufthansa German Airlines and its group companies. The success of our young companies made us grow quickly: we are now also proud to serve Swiss International Airlines and even non-affiliated companies, such as Finnair.
Our services range from Financial Administrative tasks including the registration of financial vouchers in SAP R/3 or Duty Travel Settlement,to very airline specific processes such as Sales Data Processing and Fare and Sales Auditing, based on the Revenue Accounting System SIRAX. We also provide others administrative functions such as the handling of Ticket Refunds.
More than 400 employees in Bangkok, Krakow, and Mexico are well selected and trained to fit into our teams of professionals to meet our high quality standards. Our employees are service oriented and proud to serve our customers; customer satisfaction is our daily motivation.
All services are set-up based on our customers’ needs with individual process descriptions. All processes are subject to a strict quality control concept. At the same time our customers can count on our high productivity and considerable unit cost savings by using our services.
Lufthansa is one of Europe’s most successful airlines and one of the largest in the world. More than 90,000 employees from over 150 nations have helped Lufthansa become the leading European aviation group.
And we are proud to be part of it.
The three AACs were established in 2003 and they are 100% subsidiaries of Lufthansa Commercial Holding GmbH.
